Once signed in, you will arrive on the Home – Dashboard page, which displays a snapshot of your business activity.
The top row of colored bars shows cleaning, anode, and mechanical work orders scheduled for the week.
Work order status shows a bar graph, displaying the number of completed, incomplete, and voided work orders over 12 months.
Recently added customers are shown as reminders here.
Sales activity shows the total number of work orders, paid, and unpaid invoices.
Recent invoices show a percentage dial of “delivered invoices” and “canceled invoices” over 6 months.
On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the Menu Bar, showing seven individual tabs.
Home. Work Orders and Distribution. Customer. Diver. Invoicing. Reports. and Application Settings.
Above the menu bar is your business name, email, and logo. hover over the logo to upload a new image.
The header logo and website browser icon (favicon) can be uploaded in application settings.
The menu list icon to the right, expands and collapses the menu bar into text or icons.
Moving right, an information icon links to a page tutorial.
The moon icon changes the screen display to a day or nighttime mode, and the square icon, expands the page to full screen.
The last icon (your chosen logo), will open a drop-down box, allowing you to sign out of the program.
