INCOMPLETE WORK ORDERS shows a list of work order types (such as cleaning, anode, mechanical), organized by the earliest date.
When the diver opens a CLEANING WORK ORDER: the page will display: Client; Vessel Name; and Work Order reference and date; as well as the work type; description; and customer cost. Existing comments will appear here.
“Scheduled Date,” is the Work Order creation date.
NEXT, asks the diver, “WAS THIS BOAT CLEANED?”
The diver can select, YES, no, or BACK.
BACK, returns to the previous page and “no” will prompt the question, WHY NOT? The Comments are emailed to management.
If the diver selects YES, A new page shows the cleaning type, and blue check box. If a dinghy-tender cleaning is part of the work order, it will appear as a separate line entry here. The diver can uncheck the box if a cleaning service was not completed.
Click NEXT and a new screen will ask. DO ANY ANODES NEED TO BE CHANGED?
No, will advance to the WORK ORDER COMPLETION PAGE. YES, will ask, WHICH ANODES NEED CHANGING? Below, a list of every anode that you have applied to the vessels inventory will appear.
Check the box for each anode you want to be replaced. If boxes are already checked marked, then a work order has been created for those anodes before.
If no anodes are listed here, then there are no anodes in the customer’s inventory.
NEXT, OPENS the WORK ORDER COMPLETION PAGE, you can edit completion date, Boat-Paint Condition, Comments and Attach Photos or Videos to the work order.
Logging out of the diver’s portal requires signing back into the DiveOffice.com program.
